Considering further that the
aggregate production of all multinational companies is the fifth part of the
global gross national product, that sales of its subsidiaries exceed the total
exports of all market economies and that these sales grow in proportion of the
economy than the nations themselves, appear again, the question of what to do
about it.
This study proposes to analyze the
economic structure of these companies, or their forms of market penetration,
its technological and managerial factors that contribute to their decision to
invest, the means of production and types of funding, the concept of profit
maximization, remittances of profits and dividends, and their influences
inflation in developed economies and developing countries.
It is proposed also to analyze the
development and participation of these companies in the global economy and its
consequences.

in the Brazilian economy, through a retrospective analysis, and their
influences are searched in the external and domestic sectors, it is showing
that limits these companies act on the balance of payments and the domestic
economic, seeking thereby to show the consequences and find the means available
for annulment of the negative effects of absorption and benefits of these
companies, for the development of the national economy.
